What is a BUD on the bottle?BUD stands for Beyond-Use Date. It is the date up to which we can guarantee the medication’s quality, potency, and safety when stored as instructed. This means we cannot claim stability beyond a certain period—even if the medication may still appear unchanged. The BUD is therefore a conservative, safety-based date, set according to professional compounding standards to ensure you receive a product that works as intended.
