Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Atria Compounding Pharmacy and Lifestyle Clinic Online Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Note: During the holiday season and statuary holidays, orders may be delayed beyond the shipping times indicated.

Canadian orders sub-totaling $85 or more (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping. Additional charges may apply for express shipping, cold chain items requiring refrigeration or for locations not accessible through our standard delivery service and requiring alternative shipping methods.

US and International orders will receive shipping quotes upon checkout.

It is highly recommended to choose the Express Post shipping option when purchasing probiotics, to ensure the quality of the product. Delivery days do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

All orders placed on the weekend and or statutory holiday will be processed on the following business day.

DOMESTIC (CANADA) SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

All Canadian orders are shipped via third party courier service. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

USA SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

All USA orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS or FedEx. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

International shipping destination

International Shipping options and costs will be determined according to weight and destination at the time of checkout.

All International orders are shipped via Canada Post – International XpressPost, UPS or FedEx. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Any additional tariffs, customs clearance fees, and charges are the responsibility of the customer. More information regarding your country’s customs policies can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. Atria Compounding Pharmacy absolves itself from delays in customs. Atria Compounding Pharmacy is not liable for any items that customs will not release.

Please note that all International orders are final.

Correspondence with international customers will be done via email only.

DAMAGES

Atria Compounding Pharmacy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please be advised that all liquids in glass containers delivered through our shipping may not be insured and are shipped at the risk of the recipient.
