English Ivy Cough and Cold is a herbal combination providing English ivy leaf extract, marshmallow root extract, and European elder fruit extract in a natural raspberry-flavoured liquid. English ivy has been clinically demonstrated to help relieve coughs, promote expectoration, and improve respiratory function in patients with chronic bronchitis. European elder helps relieve symptoms associated with cold and flu.
- English ivy (Hedera helix) leaf extract (40 mg): Used as an expectorant to relieve coughs and improve respiratory function.
- Marshmallow root extract (125 mg): Soothes throat irritation and associated dry cough.
- 120 mL liquid / 1 teaspoon 3 times daily.
